Kiwanis Club of Adrian's Flag Project    

Imagine driving into Adrian on a holiday weekend and seeing American flags lining our streets and billowing in the wind. Can you see them fluttering? Can you hear the flags snapping in the breeze?
You can be part of this imagery called the Adrian Kiwanis Flag Project. Kiwanis is offering a subscription service to the community to plant flags along local streets on six major flag holidays, then retrieve and store them after each holiday:
• Memorial Day
• Flag Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Veteran's Day
• November 11

For just $40 per flag per year, we will make sure your flag gets displayed. We will install a sleeve to hold the flag, making sure the sleeve is in place 2-3 days before the holiday. The flags are 3'x5' nylon, mounted on a metal pole. The flags will be located in approximately the same position in front of each home, creating a beautiful symmetry along each street. Subscriptions may be purchased by individuals, businesses or foundations.
